4 mm hook
Darning needle
Abbreviations
st/sts – stitch/stitches
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
dc – double crochet
sk – skip
*…* – repeat the instructions written between * and * as stated
Ch 60
Row 1 Sc in the second ch from the hook and in all of the ch to the end of the row, turn.
Row 2 Ch 3 (counts as dc and ch), sk 1 st, dc, * ch, sk 1 st, dc *, repeat from * to * to the end of the row, turn.
Row 3 Ch 1 (does not count as stitch), sc in all of the st to the end of the row, turn.
Row 4 Ch 1 (does not count as stitch), sc in all of the st to the end of the row.
Repeat row 2 – 4 untill the scarf is the desired length. Skip row 4 in the last repeat.
Fasten off and work away the ends.
