Round 3 *7 sc in the next ch sp, sk ss* repeat from * to * 5 more times, close with a ss in the first sc. [42 sc]

Ss into picot. Attach the dreamcatcher to the hoop with sc. Start with a sc around the hoop and in the picot you are in, 17 sc around the hoop between the picots, 1 sc around the hoop and in the picot, continue all the way around. Close with a ss in the first dc.

Attach the feather, bead and shell on a string of yarn and tie them to the dreamcatcher. I secured the knots with some glue.
